My name is Jacob Ryan Martin, proudly continuing my family's legacy in real estate. Raised by my mom, seasoned realtor with 20+ in the industry, I've been immersed in the industry since I was young. My journey started with joining her to client meetings and dinners, which gave me a deep understanding of client relations and business etiquette from an early age. I attended St. Elizabeth’s Elementary, Jesuit High School, & graduated from Franklin High School in 2020. Alongside academics, I thrived in football and pursued my passion for art.

I resided in Maui, working at 'Leilani’s on the Beach' and exploring my interest in tattoo artistry through an apprenticeship. Despite the excitement of tattooing, my heart drew me back to our family’s real estate business. Now, licensed in California and Hawaii, I find immense joy in helping clients discover their ideal homes in both locations. Being dually licensed was incredibly important for me since I am half Filipino-Hawaiian.

Beyond real estate, I’ve always been passionate about sports, which eventually led me into bodybuilding. The disciplined approach and commitment to excellence I've developed over the years seamlessly translates into my real estate career, where I bring the same determination and focus to every client interaction. Outside of work, I’m very creative and care for others through my love for cooking. I enjoy preparing gourmet meals and desserts that bring people together, believing that good food brings people together. I'm eager to expand my real estate portfolio with rental properties and Airbnbs, and maintain a strong commitment to bodybuilding, and pushing myself to the next stages in my life.
